CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour cancellation.
The trip deposit will be refunded upon request 24 hours after the trip has been booked.
After 24-hours of booking, no refunds of deposits will be given.

Non-refundable deposit and payments.
After 24 hours of booking, no refunds of deposits or payments will be given.
Deposit Transfer to Another trip:
The trip deposit can be applied to another trip in the next 6 months.

Deposit or Payment Transfer to Another Person:
Trip deposits or trip payments can be transferred to another person

a) Individual Tour Bookings
1. More than 30 days before departure:
You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
2. 15-30 days before departure:
You will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable costs we’ve incurred (e.g.,
accommodation deposits, permits, etc.).
3. Less than 1 day before departure:
No refund will be provided. However, we may offer you the option to reschedule your tour to
another date, subject to availability.

b) Group Bookings (10 or more participants)
1. More than 60 days before departure:
Full refund, minus a 10% group booking fee.

30-60 days before departure:
75% of your total booking cost will be refunded.
2. Less than 30 days before departure:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, but we will try to accommodate rescheduling if
possible.

 

How to Cancel:
To cancel your tour booking, please contact our customer service team by email or phone.
Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by our team.
